Comments:
My case was before Judge Greenburg. She ruled against my case. The problem was she never read the case. I was shocked on the questions she asked my attorney. Those questions were outlined in the case. Her ruling was devasting to me, yet she is still on the bench. Her ruling has shed a whole new light on me, she is too lazy to read the case and rule on the facts. Someone needs to review her decisions as she should not be in this position.

This judge made up facts to make it appear the defendant was innocent as well as copying whatever th defendant council said in their brief as to why I failed. Look her up online she has a record of denying people their rights. She ignored attorney misconduct involving the defendants attorney changing the wording of laws to better their She sang be trusted to be fair.

Too lazy to take a real interest in the case before her? Extremely biased. She seems to be thriving off a broken system. A sad example of what is wrong with the current system of 'justice'.

Fast gun, lack of respect, unfairness, bias, wouldn't put a bit of effort to review details prior to attend live court sessions contributing a lot of malpractice cases not to mention about wrongful rulings frequently!

Illegal Foreclosure Working Group saw a tentative ruling in July, 2018 that was so dire and unfair to homeowner, we sent an observer to the hearing. Homeowner submits solid evidence showing trustee sale was void, and has survived three years in court, with a stay on eviction (very rare, a smart move by Judge Buchwald years ago).
Greenberg almost threw all that away, denying trial in tentative ruling.
Observer reports Greenberg listened and reconsidered during hearing, properly allowing homeowner to proceed to trial.
We hope Judge Greenberg will continue learning about wrongful foreclosure, and the necessity of examining documents and events leading to Trustee's Sale, to see whether the sale violated California's non-judicial foreclosure laws. If she is willing to learn, that puts her ahead of most judges.

Comments:
Judge Greenberg, as I can see frequently in court, would just "shoot from the hip" style without attempting to do her own research on many topics!

She can frequently just rule on matters based on her own "gut feel"!

Very unfair to many ligitants!

Comments:
Judge Greenberg relies on the opinions of her expert witnesses which she has the litigants pay for by order of the court. She is either incapable or too lazy to examine evidence and facts.
