Frankly speaking, Judge Cynthia has great logic thinking. She is tough but fair to both parties. If she happens to be your judge, you have to prepare well for very logic questions for both parties. She will get into detailed description of each exhibit. I consider her a really good judge based on her fairness without bias and consideration of both sides' claims.

Looks like this judge was removed from the bench in Santa Clara. THANK GOD. Too late for me unfortunately as my daughter has already been alienated after my ex made false abuse claims.

She is subjective, biased, hates men, and is ignorant of the law. She ignores and forgets evidence and takes sides. She was joking and smiling with my loser, unemployed, parental alienating ex while trying to increase my child support payments by four times the amount of my current obligation.

Karma will catch up to her, as it looks like she's already been fired and taken up another job. At least she won't be on the bench to hurt fathers who are just trying to be a part of their kids lives.

Extremely biased and prejudice. Makes up her own rules. She said in an open court that her memory is not good. She needs to rethink if she wants to continue in this field as Demetria might be setting in.

This judge is very embarrassing to the court system. She is extremely biased. If you get a chance to do a preemptory challenge please do it. She is very rude, prejudice, and only agrees with attorneys. She will roll her eyes if she doesn’t like you. Very green with them law and relies on the attorneys to bail her out. Run for your life with this green judge. This is not her field to be in.

she told me that i have to rent room instead of apartment and not support my girlfriend. She is supporting only women requests and denied all men requests. Never have a deal with her

thisJudge is living up to her reputation as unfair, biased, helping attorney friends by referring clients. She destroyed the family dynamic, with the help of Atty. Foreman so I never get to see my Grand Daughter. It's been 1 year.
She sided with a criminal in my son's custody case without remorse in spite of all the evidence provided.

This judge cares only about money and power. this judge is adamant about siding with her crony attorney friends and making rulings based on the potential amount of money that attorneys and other service providers can make from a case. She is crooked and dishonest, she cares about one thing only (aside from prestige/power): MONEY.
