Litigant

Comment #: CA36130
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Judge Gee is an embarrassment to the legal profession. He had not reviewed the pleadings before the trial in any detail and was clearly working on something else during the entire proceeding. One of the attorneys would object and he would need to review what just happened before his ruling because he wasn’t paying attention, instead typing away on something else/ My attorneys warned me that he has a reputation for doing the bare minimum (laziness? overwhelmed with a large case load?) so everything would needed to be stated simplistically as possible so he didn’t overlook the basics. He issued an order that had to be rewritten because it was too vague. Legal fees are expensive so it’s disrespectful to all parties involved. The probate court is a better place without him.

An excellent Judge.I had not had a trial in awhile and the Defendant was in pro per. The Judge was patient and the trial went very well. Both sides were able to present everything that they wanted to present.

Worst judge imaginable. It's an insult and an outrage that some with so little competency should be on the bench. I'm not exaggerating. The poor man has no idea what he is doing.
