Im thankful for his insight and intelligence.

Civil Litigation - Private

This judge does whatever he wants, when he wants. He protects traditional "Pete Wilson" values, who appointed the judge to the bench. Horrible experience.

Comment #: CA3036
Unfair. Appears to ignore the law and give judgments on a whim.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA3011
I spent almost 4 years litigating a case assigned to him and found him to be an exemplary jurist who was prepared, courteous, patient and extremely fair.

The sweetest man in the world, always greets me by name with a big smile whenever I see him on the street, but unfortunately, hes a jellyfish

Civil Litigation - Private

Judge Hernandez is a thoughtful, hardworking judge with a practical approach to litigation and trial. He reads the briefs, listens to arguments, and asks the questions he needs answered. I had a long trial before him and would be happy to have another.

Terrible. Open to sterotypical bias from other party as to age and medical status because "he has someone in his family with the condition". Uneven in his time alloted to each party to present it's case. Unwilling to see valid points brought during trial. Very unfair with fianl award. Run from his courtroom if you see his name.
