Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA46555
Rating:1.0
Comments:
It is disheartening to discover that someone I had hoped would be a trailblazer and a champion for our justice system has succumbed to the pressure of those who can buy influence. It appears that this judicial officer is easily swayed by the opinions of those who can afford it, and it is a shame to see yet another member of the judiciary fall prey to the lure of wealth and power. This is a reminder that even the most promising of jurists are not immune to the corrupting influences that can undermine our legal system and perpetuate injustice.
Our Judges are no long objective and our society is crumbling as a result. Then I found a letter of recommendation on line from none other than Judge Huey P. Cotton and my heart sank.

This is a biased judge with preconceived decisions which show throughout in her trial mannerisms. What a shame.
