An utter disaster. Also affectionately known as "Stark Raving Mad."

Judge Davis set bail of $100,000 in a misdemeanor case where the defendant was charged with trespass and violating a restraining order involving an ex-girlfriend. Defendant was forced to pay a bondsman $10,000 to make bail and continue his business. The district attorney's office later dismissed the charges as unfounded. The end result was that the defendant was effectively fined $10,000 for doing nothing wrong. Judge Stark should not be on the bench.
