He was not a fair judge. He seems to have a tendency to support powerful business .

Comments:
He hates pro se litigants. Will ignore the law to protect his friends, which make up the local voters (the attorneys). He has friends up the street at the appeals court so they tend to uphold his rulings. Even if unlawful.

Agree with the wolf pack comment. His orders are appealable and many are void.

On the record said part of a decision in family court was made due to a previous felony. The person does not have a felony and never has. You would think a judge, when making a decision based on someone's "criminal record" should at least know how to read a criminal record. Also based decision on the only 2 entries on said record a 20 year old charge and a 12 year old DISMISSED charge. Clearly perjury in family court makes no difference even when it's proven in black and white. How do they sleep at night knowing they tear families apart with no real evidence produced.
Come on Fresno let's get some judges that actually listen and not check boxes or take the mediators reports and convert them into judgements.
