Rating:9.6
Comments:
Judge Nixon is knowledgeable in the law and unbiased as a family court jurist. His decision making process was well reasoned and unbiased as to the parties. His intuitiveness in addressing the best interests of a child in the midst of a difficult custody battle is to be admired.

Comments:
Perpetrated judicial malfeasance and color of law abuses by the court to perpetuate frauds on the court. Unconcerned with CAL. SUPREME COURT binding law. He makes a mockery of justice and fairness. Refused to vacate void orders. Illiterate of family law limitations.
Ridiculous rulings that did not address the issues before the court. Is he drunk on his power ? He was not even handed.

Comments:
Judge has no understanding of family law legal issues presented to him. He does not understand the concept of void orders, issued without fundamental jurisdiction. Nor does he understand unfairness and frauds on the court when it slaps him in the face. The court can not confer Jurisdiction on prohibited parties. (See CRC Rule 5.16) Lack of service , notice ir joinder results in void orders, not voidable orders. He had legal duties that he failed to obey. He is either corrupt or incompetent and show be removed from office.

Comments:
Judge Nixon adjudicated a long-cause trial that I was involved in. He was incredibly attentive, asking questions of both witnesses and from litigants, and was fair and evenhanded in his conduct in trial. The attorneys clearly had a high degree of respect for his abilities as a judge as well.
