He was a prosecutor of Jeffrey Modahl and was foind guilty by the state of prosecutorial misconduct. This did not stop him from running for office of judge. Kern County is rated the most illiterate places in the US, so he won and is causing problems for innocent people every tome some drunk or crackhead gets a fantasy. Spiritual Wickedness in high places is alive and well in Kern County.

Significantly biased towards the prosecution. Being in a one judge, one prosecutor, one public defender courthouse, leaves everything to his discretion. He runs it like his own fiefdom. While cordial, be has a great deal of underlying contempt that occasionally slips out on the record.
