Horrible judge. She needs to burn with her family in hell. She doesn’t care about people. People fall down on the street , because of deep cracks on the streets, and injure their body. She takes city side. She doesn’t deserve even 1 rating. She make unfair decisions She is a monster.

Judge Ellison, who is married to a LA Sheriff's detective, was moved from the criminal court because of complaints of unfairness. I have seen police wandering back and forth into her chambers without defense attorneys as if they were court staff. I see that she has not fared any better in the civil courtroom, murdering a poor man who was completely not at fault, because his bank admitted making a mistake. If there's a Hell, she's going there; if not, Hell is her courtroom.

RE: Larry Delassus vs Wells Fargo
I would like to know who were the financial backers of Miss Ellison when she running for Superior Court Judge in L.A. County. There is yet another stench of injustice wafting up from Los Angeles County! Signed: A Disgusted Taxpayer

"He argued that putting him (Larry Delassus) in default was an error originally created by the bank’s tax service subcontractor" (Easy Reader News, January 9, 2013)
Is there any evidence to show who the bank's (Wells Fargo) tax service subcontractor was?
Did the "honorable" judge make any enquiry to that fact? The subcontractor should not be in business to create mistakes and therefore should pay the consequences, along with the bank.
Wells Fargo Litigation Support Manager, Michael Dolan, defies human decency with his definition of 'fair'. He is the epitome of how the French and Russian revolutions began.
Invite Madame Guillotine and bring on the revolution!

Needs to be investigate for involvement with the banking industry and her ethics as she apparently lets the side she is going to rule in favor know ahead of time. Her ruling in Wells Fargo case was unexcuseable. Considering she was going to let the bank completely off when the entire situation occurred because of their bad records. Obviously she is very pro business and big money, fire her before she harms more people with her money loving ways.

The fact that she sided with a bank that was in the wrong, and charged the late Mr. Delassus more than $13,000 that he did not owe is absolutely deplorable. Ms. Ellison is a complete disgrace to the legal and judicial system, and should be ashamed of herself.

Very disturbing that Judge Ellison sided with Wells Fargo in this case. She should NOT be reelected. This is what the COURTS are for...to help balance when laws don't work. It is clear that Wells Fargo was in error and that their error had devastating consequences for this disabled man, who through NO fault of his own, and full fault of Wells Fargo, lost his home, his credit and then, sadly, his life due to the enormous stress and unfairness of what Wells Fargo, and Judge Ellison, did to him. Quite appalling that Judge Ellison did NOT do her job here.

The fact that she indicated she would rule in favor of Wells Fargo shows she is part of what is sick in our society. I am sick at heart about what this man went through. Alas! I went through it with Bank of American and there is NO help for any of us being abused by the banks and I thought at least judges would be impartial and do the right thing. If she was voted in, she should be voted out. If she was appointed, she should be fired. She disgusts me.

This is an incredibly biased, law and order judge. I witnessed police officers going into and out of her chambers as if they belonged there, without defense attorneys. In my case, I was rearrested with her knowledge as I came to court, on trumped up new charges that the prosecutor dismissed when I pled guilty to avoid a trip to county jail. I cannot imagine her in an unlawful detainer trial, no one would ever win. Her husband, BTW, is a Sheriff's detective.

She handles UD trials and limited jurisdiction cases. I tried one jury trial before her (hundreds of UD bench trials) and have always been satisfied. Her staff is great. She lets you try your case, does not get caught up in a bunch of "rules" and is easy going but still in charge. She knows when to be tough, as well.
