This judge presented himself to me (in a petition for a Certificate of Rehabilitation) as being VERY INDECISIVE! He seemed to enjoy putting off a decision on my CR petition FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR (like the previous 10 I had waited to file it were not enough!), so that some other judge could make the actual decision! Indecisive judges have NO BUSINESS IN A COURTROOM!

Comments:
Judge Espinoza lacks so much in sheer intelligence that it is pathetic. He is a prime example of why affirmative action, as a social program, gets attacked. There had to be some reason for his elevation to the bench, but it certainly was not his legal abilities. If he was as inept as an attorney as he is on the bench, his elevation may be a triumph of mercy, if nothing else. He truly is so mediocre it is painful to watch. He has no judicial backbone or virility, and will jump at shadows that are not even present. His primary objective is to make sure that the District Attorney doesn't get mad at him.
