I have to say that she is one of the least desirable judges that I have come across. She is not resolute about her rulings and is easily persuaded by counsel's nagging rhetoric than by law and evidence. She is very short tempered and sometimes rude.

I was found NOT GUILTY on one of two counts in a DUI hearing with this Judge - at sentencing she said "I know you were found not guilty, but I think you were." She proceeded to give me an most extreme sentence - mind you I didn't hit anyone, my level was just at the limit - and even the partner of the cop who pulled me over said I past all test, and his partner who sited me lied - despite all this - she handed me the book - what a horrible person for a position like this. Who can over rule a jury's decision?? This woman did. She should be removed!!

She has psychological problems that should preclude her from being a judge. She is very narcissistic, petty, and hostile towards any woman who is better looking than she is.

She also didn't let me take two copies of the PACT brochure, just like a previous commentator had mentioned.

Get rid of her!

Wow. I'm now even more frightened after reading these other reviews that mirror my impression. She needs to be OFF the bench. She has shown a total disregard for the law and procedure, as if the rules don't apply to her. Her decisions have been unjust and wacky, and it's clear that comment #1254 below is 100% accurate. I'm getting her removed from my case, for sure, but she needs to be removed from the bench permanently.

She has a personality disorder of some sort. She always has to be right, tries to ruin people's lives...Once she wouldn't let me take two copies of the PACT brochure, and said I had to make a photocopy at my office if I wanted two of them. Very strange woman!

I agree with Comment #: CA1524. She just wants to hurry up and get out of the courtroom and who cares who is harmed. The innocent have no chance and unless you have millions to defend yourself, you're just out of luck.

This judge (lower case on purpose)is everything that is wrong with the court system. She pays no attention to rules of evidence, does not listen, makes up her mind before hearing all facts, basically making her own rules. If you are a slimy lawyer not afraid to lie, you will do well with her. She should be scooping ice cream somewhere.... thanks a TON Gray Davis.

Although she left family law to the relief of most attorneys, she remains a judge. No doubt ruining as many lives as possible. I once told her I wanted something heard on the record (as opposed to in her chambers) and was told that I could stay in the courtroom if I liked, but she was taking the matter into chambers, without a court reporter, of course.
