If you have never practiced in probate court, you are in for a shock. Although I represented a forclosing lender dragged into the case, I felt like I was in the Deep South in 1932 defending a black defendant accused of raping a white female. This judge twisted the law, assisted the county attorneys in open court, and even coached the county attorneys on what they should be arguing. This judge disregarded foreclosure laws and went out of her way to rule for the conservatee. She was in my opinion the worst and the most biased Judge I have experienced in 15 years of practice. My client reporter her to the state agency that regulates judges in California. Stay away from Leslie Green at all costs. She is now in private practice as a mediator/arbitrator. Avoid her at all costs or you and your client will be sorry!

Leslie is an atrocious incompetet mediator. Her only virtue is railroading beneficiaries out of their property without the slightest hesitation. She is not fair/impartial.If i were a betting man,I'd say she's on the take.A judge can't be THAT incompetent...can they?, if so there's going to be a whole lot of displaced families in L.A county!

Over-worked. Very busy calendar. She does not have the time to understand a case with any nuance. I believe if the Legislature funded Superior Courts as they should, Stanley Mosk Courthouse would not be so impacted and Hon. Green would have the time to read briefs.

Hasnt made any rulings which go in favor of beneficiaries and has delayed ruling on essential issues which strongly favors the professionals involved in the case (i.e.lawyers, conservator and attorney trustee/executor) who it is believed are gutting the estate for their own benefit. By not ruling on numerous essential issues has allowed the claimed and alleged improprieties and irregularities to continue causing the estate to shrink in value while the trustee/executor and conservator gorge themselves continuously . Just disgraceful. A court is supposed to be able to prevent these types of improper actions not to preside over and justify them.

Comment #: CA7869
This is the most unintelligent Judge I have ever seen. She should not be in probate court. She believes the law states that a conservatee must be in agreement with a conservatorship. There is case law that states different. She is bias, and listen primarily to the conservatee's attorney, doesn't look at the facts, and treats her court like a fast food establishment. I personally know Arnold who appointed her, and will be asking him to send a letter to the his predecessor to have her removed. Just appalling.

Comment #: CA6741
Judge Green has the remarkable talent to accurately interpret and identify the facts. While reading her proposed statement of decision, I was stunned to see how she was able to "cleanly" outline her recap of the trial and identified the truths over the lies that were presented during trial. Excellent Judge!

Let the Record Reflect that this judge converts the law faster than Denny's can flip pancakes.

Comment #: CA6113
Judge Green is another incompetent civil service worker too busy with her nail color than rights. Part of the Los Angeles probate dream team that is nothing more than a nightmare team

Comment #: CA5385
Judge Green is another disappointing probate judge, too disinterested in the proceedings to make appropriate rulings. It's quite clear she does not read the cases she rules on or have the ability to listen to others. Her decisions lack careful analysis and thus misapply prevailing law and misinterprets the clear language of statutes. She is a sad reflection of what to expect from the probate court- Strive, Liberty (to do as they please) and Injustice for all.
