Extremely fair and knowledgeable Judge.
She thoroughly deserves her retirement.
Impartial to all defendants and doesn't let outside factors such as the media influence her even in high profile cases.

This Judge is so scary she was actually sued by a Los Angeles City attorney who's career she destroyed- Who won a 1.9 million dollar judgement (Magnandonovan v. City of Los Angeles Sup Ct. No. BC286908- Overturned on appeal- You still can't sue in what amounts to a suit in an official capacity just because of a judge's inane or stupid actions). What made the case even more Disturbing- Saunter apparently went out of her way to free a convicted serial pedophile in the underlying criminal case which resulted in the firing of the erstwhile city attorney. If you get assigned Sautner- Be careful.

Her judicial temperment is attrocious! She wants to be the center of attention and believes that the courtroom belongs to her rather than her being a temporary custodian of what is owned by the people. She came into the latest Linsey Lohan hearing with her mind already made up. Her questioning assumed the role of a prosecuting attorney rather than one who by law is to be neutral and detached. Her facial gestures were mocking in detail of one being held in custody. But what else might we expect from a conservative run justice in a state where three strikes and you are out can lead to a lifetime prison sentence ... even for the crime of theft? And you call this justice?

As a 51-year-old United States citizen and a resident of Pennsylvania, I find that Judge Stepanie Sautner's sentencing of celebrity Lindsey Lohan to community service (YET AGAIN) in a morgue, utterly laughable. This judge, in her sentencing, has continued to make the judicial system in California... A FU@#ING JOKE!!!

Lindsey Lohan belongs in JAIL, and this "judge" SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE BENCH.
