53580 seriously? What is poetic about Judge Lee Bogdanoff? He yells at attorneys. He yells at civilians trying to stand up for themselves and state their objections. He won’t hear litigants without an attorney. Appoints Court Appointed Counsel that he knows will side against their own client. This Judge takes matters off calendar with written notice, then has the illegally appointed Guardian Ad Litem Rebecca Loo appear for a competent adult to silence his objection to selling off his house. Feels confident as he can get his CAC James Eisenman to do whatever is needed to help the Los Angeles Public Guardian’s Offices County Counsel Nedra Jenkins win. I believe it’s called racketeering. All done to a competent almost 23 year old. All during a filed Bankruptcy which should have halted the process of County Counsels exparte to sell off the claimants house. Check it out LP014237 Special Needs Trust started in 2008 out of a medical malpractice when the claimant was a minor of 7, with Judge Robert O’Brien that claimant and mother could live in the house rent free. That a $1550.00 Family Allowance monthly. Well the Public Guardian’s Office staff wants claimant and immigrant mother on the streets and are getting the job done by pretending the claimant is incapacitated without filing any paperwork. Just putting the probate investigators office as an entity receiving a copy of the paperwork. Leah Hahn at the probate investigators office says Merik Migliore is not their client and they can’t investigate as he isn’t there client. State Bar knows of this issue and does nothing as of yet. Commission on Judicial Performance does nothing. Judge Lee Bogdanoff knows no one will go up against him. Maybe the news media will?

Ha-really now, just how many judges in probate court, has this **litigant appeared before? Very curious; this 10 star rating, calling this judge's writings' "poetic".... when the attorney troll decides to write good, or bad posts, to deflect from any posts on judge connection--the mental case, bipolar, crooked, abusive, nepotism nasty family court attorney troll, always goes way over-board on posts, just like this one....

He has taken the voice away from a competent adult by keeping a Guardian Ad Litem past the age of 18 knowing that he is not incapacitated. The almost 23 year old has a drivers license, Guard card, gun permit, high school diploma, and marriage license. Yet he is assigned a Guardian Ad Litem to take away his voice. He has no voice in the sale of his own home. Which will put his immigrant mother out into the streets prior to receiving permanent residency and green card.

This judge is truly a tyrant. He has zero concern for the humans in his courtroom-I am sure it may be different if it was his family. He does not read the complaints, or care about the truth. I would say he could care less about Justice. He should not be a Judge in any courtroom. He does not represent justice at all.

Bognadoff thinks he's god, but he is the devil. He snaps and routinely sanctions attorneys for the smallest things. He can't make a rationale ruling or manage his calendar. He'll dismiss your matter if you are 5 minutes late.

Just read an article about this tyrant and how he runs his court. He sounds like just another excessively egotistical LASC judge. He demands to be treated with the utmost of respect while showing absolutely zero respect to litigants. I appear in many counties and NEVER see the disrespect shown by LASC judicial officers anywhere else. Litigants, who are justifiably offended by the tyranny end up disrespecting the entire process, because no adult should be treated like they live in a dictatorship, which is what the LASC is. Grow up, Bogdanoff. You aren't a god.
