Was the Plaintiff in a case: I got 2 minutes to talk before I was interrupted by the judge. She then allows the defendant to speak for 19 minutes straight- when I asked to speak at minute 7,I was told to wait my turn and do not interrupt- I obliged. After 19 minutes of speaking the Judge said she was taking a break and just proceeds to get up. I ask if I can show her my evidence since this is my case as the Plaintiff in Small Claims and she said " I have heard enough" this is not only WRONG but also unfair because as the Plaintiff you get one shot- you cannot appeal. She is bias. I am young and I was suing my landlord who breached our contract, had people come into my apartment to move my stuff even though, I paid, and had an active lease. Some of my items were broken and some stolen and I had video of the landlord saying she just wants me out and does not care if I call the police. Judge Amy Yerkey declined to look at this 14 second video that was a game changer. At the beginning of court before anyone spoke their case Judge Amy Yerkey did state that she had to take a break around 10:30am so knowing these ground rules, why did she continue to let the defendant who is being sued, dominate the matter and not give me a chance to present all evidence, video or rebuttal

She doesn't follow the law [Redacted by Ed.] She allows them to lie even when the other party provides plenty of evidence. She is biased if you can remove her as soon as you learn she is on your case. She is corrupt.

My name is Ahmed Dmini, of course, perceived Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, enemy of the US Judeo-Christian values, the same values which saw the Inquisition and the Holocaust!!
I presented myself on July 17th to Amy Yerkey's courtroom to defend my claim against James Ralph Hilton after 30+day work on his property at 3204 Park Lane in Long Beach California.
James Hilton and his wife were oversees when they evicted Tyler Soule, his sister Brenda and his mother Krissi. All came back, trespassed on the property and repeatedly vandalized and destroyed it.
My role was to clean up, make temporary fixes, protect the property and stay in it, at least until police prosecute the offending family or the Hiltons to come back and take charge.
The Hiltons instead, refused to pay for my labor, faked burglary charges and filed a frivolous restraining order when I demanded payment.
Amy Yerkey plenty of evidence, pictures, texts and heard both testimonies and decided that the Hiltons don't own me anything for my efforts.
The beauty about it is that I brought my two children to the courtroom, a 10 year old girl and a 14 year old boy and had them experience, first hand, how the American justice system treats the likes of their father.
Try to erase that memory in their mind Any Yerkey.
Of course James Hilton's frivolous restraining order was granted by another judge in Compton court despite lack of any threats or criminal activity on my part!
Bravo American justice system ??
Ahmed Dmini.

Re-Evaluation of 1st evaluation.
A very pleasant, hard working individual who is willing to listen to counsel and even change rulings that are shown to be incorrect. A keeper.

A definite 170.6.
Does not know civil litigation.
Uses FSC. motions in limine, and 402 hearings to educate the defense, to prevent effective cross-examination, in disregard of an attorney's work product. and to reach the result she has pre-determined should occur based on which attorney she likes better.
