He is new judge. Tries very hard not to make any mistakes. He would do or say anything to cover himself. Doesn't read any motions. Very lazy. After two years trial with him we noticed he was not even listening to the main issues of the case. He ruled by mistake. Or had someone copy paste the final argument into his ruling. He doesn't read or put time on anything. He had made up his mind on the first day who is good or bad. Other party played around with court and he didn't care. He ruled three times for president of company to come. They played around no one came and he cared less. he takes the easy way out.

I had him in a settlement conference. He is personable, understands the issues, and understands how litigation works. A good judge.
