Police officers and politicians are not bad at their jobs. As you catch yourself constantly wondering or constantly a bit surprised at how bad they are at their jobs, what you should understand is their job is not what you think it is.

So you say, "police are here to keep us safe, to protect communities, support people, catch criminals, and to prevent crime," Right? But you look at their record and you can see that's simply not true. Cops only solve 2% of crime. Crime is highest in the areas that police have the most presence. They're incredibly ignorant of the laws that they enforce, and they're super violent and aggressive. Police, even minorities, are often racist, even against members of their own race.

You think, "How can they be this bad at their jobs?" and yet they're a Billion-dollar industry. You can't be that incompetent and that successful, it just doesn't work like that.

The police are incredibly good at their jobs. They're very effective at their jobs because they have only two: 1) To feed the prison system and keep slavery going, especially against people of color, and 2) To disrupt communities.

Ask yourself, why the only thing police every seem ready for are riots? This is because riots are an inevitable conclusion of oppression. That's always been their job, they need to be violent, they need to be cruel, they need to follow orders without thinking about it.

They are being as aggressive as they are right now because they're scared; because the real threat to all of this has never been violence, the real threat to the police has always been community unification. That's why they are all working so hard to keep us down, to keep us tired, to keep us isolated, to keep us from talking to each other, to keep us from liking each other. Their job is to divide us, so the politicians can do their job of transferring wealth from us to the top. It's a simple game they play.

The fact that the police are going in this hard right now, brutalizing students for exercising their right to speak, their right to protest and associate, with the laws they are passing prohibiting even the mere mention of any critical critisism, means that they are terrified because the police live in constant fear that they will get their come uppance. They know what they are doing is wrong and evil, they're just hoping that they die before they face consequences for it. That's why they act this aggressively this early on because they are terrified of what happens if this grows.

Critical support for Palestine, University Protestors, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Edward Snowden, Jeremy Hammond, Julian Assange, Chelsea Manning, Jay Leiderman... As you are participating in and watching these events unfold, keep these things things in mind: 1) Building community is the most dangerous and powerful thing that we can do. 2) The powers that be are not scared of riots, they're scared of us figuring out how to take care of each other.

It's not enough to know what we don't want to be, we have to know what we are going to be instead. So keep each other safe, keep each other connected. Don't give up, and listen to native voices because they've been fighting this fight a lot longer than we have.

A fellow attorney wore wired earbud headphones, which Bennett mistook for a wire. I’ll never forget when he said to this attorney, “Are you recording me? I could hold you in contempt for this counsel.”

This is paranoia. Bennett shouldn’t be allowed to continue in his position of public trust. His continuation as judge is really shameful.

Just a gentle reminder for anyone with Judge Bennett on their case: use your 170.6 as soon as you can. You only have one shot and it must be used before he renders any decisions in your case.

Ethics, he’s known to be 0/10. Crude, flippant, and reckless are good terms to describe Bennett’s courtroom performance. Poor quality judge. Don’t walk, run.

Having received the distinction to wear a black robe on an elevated platform should not give one a license to act as something less than a gentleman. I am a member of ABOTA who has tried cases in numerous counties of this state. I have had the pleasure of going to trial approximately 10 times in Ventura County. It is traditionally one of the most friendly and accommodating staff and Bench. Jeffrey Bennett is the exception. Judge Bennett is rude and condescending. He has no patience. I can only hope that a resident of the County will challenge him in the next election. I can assure you that I will financially support the effort to have him removed from the bench.

I am deeply troubled by reports of Bennett's continued misconduct. What you describe is workplace sexual harassment by Judge Bennett against female members of his staff. I want you to know that it is definitely not a "joke" and what you describe is severe misconduct. I feel for you and wish you the best. There are many people reporting his misconduct and you are not alone.

Please reach out to the Commission on Judicial Performance (CJP) to report this issue. Bennett feels like he is above reproach, that he can act with impunity to anyone with no consequences. When faced with 28 counts of misconduct by the CJP just a few years ago, he bragged that he was going to "defeat" the complaint, that he had already been "cleared" of wrongdoing, even though the CJP investigation was still ongoing at the time.

His CJP admonishment in 2020 was an official censure, which was one step below removal from office. Your complaint against Bennett for alleged sexual harassment could be the tipping point that finally convinces the CJP to remove him. Your courage to report him would mean justice for the hundreds of litigants he has wronged, including the African American poster who protests here regularly regarding his or her mistreatment by this judge and others before.

I've been a research attorney for several years, and I have personally heard Bennett say the most vile things about all kinds of people, not just against blacks. He's prejudiced against Hispanics, women, and the disabled. I understand to him it's all a "joke," but that's what all abusers say when they abuse. Only a fool would think his racist jokes don't pour into his courtroom decisions, especially against people of color. Earlier this week I over heard him reminiscing about the good old days when he could guess the secretary's panty color and she would show him, "red or black," like it was a game. He's disturbingly disgusting, unprofessional, and is definitely creating a hostile work environment for the women that are working for him.

Disgraced Ventura Judge Jeffrey G. Bennett was sanctioned by the Commission on Judicial Performance for 28 counts of serious misconduct including sexual, racist, and retaliation. Ms. Vanarelli has posted before defending the indefensible, such as Bennett’s blatant racism against a black defendant telling him to stop “schucking and jiving” in front of a jury. She seems to think this is no big deal. Bennett retaliated against attorneys who filed complaints with the CJP against his misconduct.

I’d like to point out that there have been several false flag posts on TRR lately, which the editor has mostly deleted. Radiant Truth is a movement that exercises ethical free speech by telling the real stories of victims of court abuse. The goal of the movement is to support victims and tell their true stories so the public can be informed and exercise their right to use their 170.6 powers to disqualify a judge from their cases. Regarding Jeff Bennett, I recently asked an attorney who reached out to me, "What do you think of Bennett's misconduct record?" His reply, "It makes my job a lot easier."

This is a very telling response. Attorneys expect Bennett to go off the rails and use it against him in appeals.

Bennett is in too deep to change now. He's been committing ongoing misconduct for 10+ years and it is ingrained into his personality. The 28 counts of misconduct the CJP convicted him of were only those instances where he was caught.

The spots on the leopard will never change and Bennett needs to be persuaded (forced) into retirement by the CJP.

Dear Readers,

I have noticed many false flag posts lately, which the editor has mostly deleted. As I mentioned before several months ago, I believe the troll is a court insider who is attempting to compromise or discredit the movement. This is why I took down the website, so the troll couldn’t use it. He/she was posting relentlessly, including filling every page with garbage comments such as several pages of bible quotes and even a copy paste from an aircraft safety manual (among other things). It was a tough decision, but it was the right one to stop the behavior.

There was a woman who dedicated her life to fighting corruption in the judiciary and exposing misconduct. She was a freedom fighter who worked tirelessly to bring justice to the most vulnerable members of society.

This strikes me as the type of false flag post that a rouge law enforcement officer would make, specifically the reference to the “UnaPoster” and trying to bury activism posts in multiple counties.

Of course the judges are nervous. Our activism exposed the private CJP admonishment of one Ventura judge and publicized the public admonishments of two other Ventura judges. We’ve established which judges are exercising bias against the community, especially in the family law department.

Regardless of who did it, whether the Ventura courthouse sheriff’s office downstairs, a lone wolf cop, or an attorney with an axe to grind, the troll is definitely a court insider who is trying to suppress public criticism.

The law enforcement or court insider troll is a symptom of a much bigger issue: criminal corruption of the judiciary in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.

Today we wish to bring you the lulz. Reported today by nationwide news outlets, Ventura County Supervisor Linda Parks has filed a lawsuit alleging that she received a certain phallic chocolate gift at her home in the mail. The lawsuit seeks to identify the sender for what it calls "outrageous, intentional, and malicious" acts carried out with "reckless disregard" for causing emotional and physical distress. The package contained a 5-inch chocolate penis. A note was left in the box encouraging Parks to "Eat a Dick."

Ventura County Supervisor Parks was recently the subject of a recall election campaign, and she is using her campaign finance fund to pay for lawyers to wage legal warfare against her critics. The California Fair Political Practices Commission approved this wrongful use of campaign funds writing that the lawsuit directly relates to her activities as county supervisor.

Government and the courts often fail real victims of sexual violence, yet Supervisor Parks is supported in her legal campaign with attorney fees paid directly by donors in our community. Supervisor Parks claims a chocolate dick is a credible threat "crossing the line from free speech to threatening a female public official with implied sexual violence."

Government often has a double standard for protecting itself versus the citizens. Perceived threats against government officials, no matter how slight, are zealously prosecuted. This is done for political purposes and to punish opponents, burdening them with legal action, while real threats against actual victims of violence are dismissed and ignored. Anonymous believes in justice for all, not just for government officials.

Greetings citizens of the world. We are anonymous.

Our attention has been brought to issues of corruption in Ventura County's superior court system.

In particular, Anonymous takes note of recent court censorship of comments critical of judicial misconduct on The Robing Room website.

Namely, Judge Jeffrey G. Bennett, who was censured by the Commission on Judicial Performance for 28 counts of misconduct including sexual, racist, and retaliatory misconduct we find to be strikingly abhorrent.

Judge Bennett made comments about his male genitalia in open court, told attorneys he wouldn't spend so much time with his telescope if he had a 20 year old smoking hot wife, and bragged about picking up chicks in a Rolls Royce car when he was young. It is our opinion that Judge Bennett has the mentality of a sexual predator and needs to be immediately retired.

Judge Bennett also made comments to a black male defendant to stop "shucking and jiving" during his testimony on the witness stand. This act prejudiced the jury and unfairly denied the young man the right to a fair trial.

Judge Bennett also retaliated against attorneys reporting him for misconduct, in one case refusing to shake the hand of an attorney who had filed a complaint with the bar.

Judge Henry Walsh was censured for soliciting and accepting post-election campaign contributions from over 150 local attorneys. This act, thinly veiled behind a defunct political campaign, was illegal and violated anti-corruption rules meant to prevent the taking of bribes. No judge should be able to solicit his influence for cash. Misconduct such as that committed by Judge Walsh seriously compromises the public’s trust in the judiciary.

Judge Kent Kellegrew was similarly censured for violating anti-corruption rules. The Commission found that he knowingly falsified his salary affidavit at least five times, and failed to report undeclared sources of income. Kent Kellegrew knowingly committed perjury, stealing money from the public for work he did not perform. He is a criminal and belongs in jail. But judges with power and influence can get away with misbehavior with only a slap on the wrist when caught.

Just as abhorrent is the blatant disregard for the freedom of speech by these same judges.

These judges have made repeated attempts to remove information critical of their misconduct from the internet. The Robing Room website has repeatedly accommodated these requests and removed information highlighting official misconduct. This is not acceptable and must end.

We cannot tolerate blatant corruption and censorship in our court. Citizens of the world must know what is happening in Ventura County so we can hold our leaders accountable for their actions.

How can it be blackmail when the behavior asked for is simply, "do your job" or "don't be corrupt?" Judges have a duty to evenhandedness, and if our advocacy teaches a judge to be evenhanded, or forces a judge to consider the consequence of his actions, it is not blackmail. Telling a judge to adhere to canons of conduct or we will release information is like police enforcing a law. It is our 9th and 14th amendment rights to do so as citizens. Make no mistake: this is political protest against a corrupt judiciary.

Of course the judges are nervous. We revealed that a judge was in group therapy during a divorce, and that verifies that we have very private, very embarrassing knowledge about this particular judge.

It is only going to get worse and they know it. They also know my advocacy is 100% legal and they hate it.

Don’t believe the official, whitewashed story the courts want you to believe. Read between the lines and find patterns. Judicial bias and corruption are rampant, and the courts are being operated solely on bias! It’s nice to meet a fellow activist. Several attorneys have complained to me about him. That’s how I know he’s a Mormon. The bias is obvious from the bad rulings he makes.

Other Ventura judges have more of my attention. Judges Bennett and Walsh [Redacted by Ed.] and have many sustained counts against them by the CJP including public admonishments. Bennett was admonished for 28 counts of misconduct including sexual and racist behavior. Walsh was admonished for [Redacted by Ed. (Failing to properly disclose campaign contributions)].

Judge Lief is perhaps the worst in family court. I’m covering the case of a 5-6 year old girl who was raped by her father. Lief awarded sole legal custody to the abuser because the mom complained to the court. The child gave interviews on video, which I have a copy of, describing the abuse and bleeding from the vagina afterwards. She used carnal language and described the use of drugs that a young child should never know. Lief must be punished and exposed.

Your department doesn’t give a shit about victims. If they did there would be more pressure from the DA office to educate judges, to make them more trauma informed. The amount of bias I’m seeing from several Ventura judges is despicable. I chose to take direct action because of the repeated abuses. How do you justify Judge Bennett being admonished for 28 counts of sexual and racist misconduct over the course of a decade before he was finally disciplined by the CJP in 2020? Are you going to claim your office was unaware of the bribery and financial corruption Judge Walsh was convicted of by the CJP in 2016? Or what of the 5 false salary affidavits filed by Judge Kellegrew, which made him a perjurying felon admonished by the CJP in 2015? Your office has been noticeably silent and complacent during all of this.

The true criminals are the ones holding office in Ventura. I am going to expose it all in the pursuit of real, alternate justice. Victims deserve better. We are Anonymous!

Going through the civil "justice" system in Ventura has been a complete hell. I was raped and filed a civil harassment restraining order against my perpetrator, which was granted. My perpetrator talked himself into the restraining order with details he admitted that shocked the judge. However, it expired a few years later, and he continued stalking and harassing me and my family.

I filed for another restraining order, but it was denied. The court seemed to stop believing me despite so much evidence, including medical records of my physical injuries from the rape. I have no idea why they stopped believing my story and started believing his lies.

I have the right to be happy, to live my life free of fear and his abuse, but the court turned itself into his personal army to continue attacking me through the color of law, making me fearful of not just my personal safety but now also for my financial future.

The judges seem to not care one bit about what happens to me. These judges are not the "heroes" they make themselves out to be. I am devastated, and I hold these judges just as responsible for the abuse as my perpetrator himself.

I am having a very hard time with the courts right now in a domestic violence situation. All of my medical records are being ignored because they are out of state, and all of the lies he is telling are seen as truth. Even the ones that have been proven to be lies. It never makes a difference

This all happened while I was pregnant. I disclosed to multiple doctors and social workers. I sought out resources and even housing at one point. None of it counts. And I am $12,000 in with no end in sight.

He says horrible things to me and he gets away with it every single time. He took all of my money and personal items, including my grandmothers wedding dress. All of it is about control.

Even after I reported the rape, for months he continued demanding sex and keeping me from my son. I gave in because it was the only way to see my son. He was given temporary custody based on a lie, saying I tried to commit suicide with narcotics. I was drug tested less than 24 hours after this claim, and had absolutely no trace of drugs in my system. I have had proof, from a hospital, that this was never true and it has made no difference.

$500 an hour in lawyer fees. Every time I try and fight something, it puts me deeper in debt for absolutely nothing to change.

If any judge sees this, I need your help. I don’t want to keep living this nightmare and no one seems to care one iota.

NOTE: I have verified this woman’s claims and her medical records. Anonymous defends women’s rights and we will continue advocating for her until justice is had either within the courts or outside of court on the Internet!

We have received this horrific story from a member of our community. This woman needs justice, and the courts failed to protect her:

Not just once, but three times.

In the last 10 years of my life, I have been sexually assaulted by three different men at 13, 17 and 23. The thing is, when it keeps happening, people stop listening. The police took the report, but didn’t even follow up. I tried to get a restraining order, but Judge Rebecca Riley denied it. I have no where to turn for help.

Each time I was Raped, it felt like a completely different experience. Different things that have continued to stick out in my mind from one to another. Different senses that haunt me. The first, it was the smell of his beer, natural ice. The second, it was the taste of his skin, like dirt. The third? It was the fact he spit in my eyes. At 13, when my family finally found out, I was believed. No questions asked. I was a child, he was a family member. At 17, we were alone in his basement. He hid my phone. I kept asking to go home. I kept asking him to stop. I ended uo bent over, crying, and I stopped asking. i wrote it down the next day in school. A note to myself that no one else has ever read. I told only one person, a person I trusted. He was his friend and he didn't believe me. It hurt more than what had happened in that basement. So at 23, I told no one. Until now. He was a friend of a friend, a semi-familiar face from my past. We went out for drinks and drove around for hours. It was a nice night, when he asked to park I didn't think anything of it. It was late. We had been driving from town to town all night. He asked to kiss me, and I was okay with it. The second he started, he didn't stop. He slammed my head into the window, hard, and held it there. He held me by my throat. He was hurting me so badly. I couldn't speak, only silent tears. Afterwards, he drove me back to my car. On the way, he pulled over, grabbed me by my hair and spit in my eyes. Just another kick in the teeth. I couldn't believe it had happened again, the most violent of all three. What's a girl to do? I feel so God damn alone.

Anonymous Exposes Officer Involved Shooting and Judicial Cover Up in Ventura, California: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JT-m1UzyTA

The victim attempted to obtain Officer Dalton's personnel file as part of the civil lawsuit, but was denied by Ventura Judge Rebecca Riley on the grounds that "nothing was discoverable." Anonymous has obtained information from the public that proves Judge Riley lied in this ruling, presumably to cover up wrongdoing by the CHP who was aware of Officer Dalton's prior misconduct. The Fraternal Order of Police advocated for Officer Dalton in past misconduct complaints.

Our source submitted a complaint against Officer Dalton including a disturbing allegation of witness intimidation. The complaint alleges that Officer Dalton had threatened a civilian with charges of increased severity should he testify in court.

The victim filed a complaint with the CHP. The resolution letter sent by the CHP to the complainant states, "the investigation will be retained in the officer's personnel file for five years." Therefore, this misconduct complaint was reviewed by Judge Riley in chambers, behind closed doors without the public's review.

After this review, Judge Riley then wrongfully ruled that nothing was found in Officer Dalton's personnel file that was discoverable. This ruling is proven to be factually false and is evidence of perjury committed by Judge Riley.

Anonymous is opposed to corruption by our local officials including by Judge Rebecca Riley. Perjury committed by a local judge grossly violates the public's trust in the judiciary. Anonymous finds that this is unacceptable.

We urge litigants and attorneys to file 170.6 petitions against Judge Riley to prevent gross bias and misconduct in their cases by this judge.

With 170.6 petitions causing an overflow of cases transferred out of Family Law court into Criminal court, it is important to monitor these cases to ensure that judges hearing these cases are still competent in Family Law. If a judge outside of his/her specialty decides a case, it voids their judicial immunity and sets them up for a tort lawsuit with personal liability. One more thought—now that these judges are exposed and the public knows of medical evidence of the abuse, what action will these judges take to right wrongs? I predict they will do nothing because the preservation of the image of a perfect court is more important than actually seeing justice being served. No judge will ever apologize and try to correct their mistakes. That is why we are on our own, and we are our best and often only advocate. What I offer is alternate justice, not to right wrongs but to give others an opportunity to avoid bad judges who allow injustice to happen in the first place.

That is the power of CCP 170.6. Some judges are known for their misconduct and receive so many 170.6’s that they can’t find any work. They sit around all day with nothing to do except administrative tasks. This is our goal because it speeds up bad judge’s retirement.

I’m really saddened by your experience. No one should be a victim of violence then lied about and revictimized again in court. No victim should have to pay a judgement to their perpetrator.

What is concerning me most is how your judge blatantly allowed lies to happen, then totally disregarded evidence of physical abuse. Physical abuse leaves behind medical evidence, bruising, and psychological trauma that a trained forensic psychologist could recognize.

I offered before, but I’ll again offer my assistance. Let’s make a video documenting what you’ve been through and expose your judge and perpetrator’s attorney.

The best way to expose the truth is to show documented evidence of the abuse such as medical records. If you’re willing to share your medical records, or perhaps photographs of the bruising left on your neck from the physical abuse, I could make a really compelling Anonymous video that might go viral nationwide.

I am very much pro-victim and will hold information in confidence if asked. For example, I was about to publish another video about a rape of a minor in Santa Paula that was bungled by Santa Paula's Police Department (with the Prosecutor withholding video of the interview with the minor). I had the script for the video ready and sent it to the family for their review. They got cold feet and asked me to pause. I respected their decision. Others have asked me to withhold certain details from their cases to ensure their privacy and I've done that.

I will always stand on the side of truth and justice, but first and foremost do no harm.

I believe I've built up trust with the victims who have reached out to me so far.

TRR can't take down posts on alternate media. I've found video to be a great medium for this. You can post it much more broadly, such as on Facebook and Reddit, and it gets more attention than TRR.

Also, TRR seems to censor less when you're posting hard evidence along with your comments, such as what I've done posting links to CJP admonishment documents and news articles. This is no guarantee though since I've seen them even censor content containing these supportive elements. In that case, you simply need to call them out for it, list the dates it's been censored at the top of the post, and keep doing it every day until the censorship stops.

I made an Anonymous video mentioning Robing Room censorship. Actually, the Anonymous videos might never have been made had it not been for this censorship. It was specifically the censorship of a post that had been up for 9 months prior that really inspired me. (The judge in question must have complained about that particular post -- which mentioned his CJP private admonishment.)

The Streisand Effect is very real.

Yes, that is because LA County has more judges in their pool. I have heard that in Ventura County, currently there are so many 170.6 petitions against family law judges that the overflow is being handled by judges in criminal law. That means half a dozen judges are being hit by 170.6’s from about 50-100 attorneys, to put it in perspective. The court clerks are aware that it is a direct result of the work I’m doing here on TRR and YouTube. Many attorneys were unaware of the CJP public admonishments, for example. Other attorneys had bad dealings with these judges in the past, but previously gave the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore.

It is because I’m giving voice to victims of legal abuse that these judges can’t get away with it anymore. Litigants now have recourse in the court of public opinion with my advocacy work.

Dear Litigant,

The DOJ, Civil Rights Division will be of little help. They operate like the CJP, a mafia that only punishes the worst, most undeniable offenses. Judges are smart people who do law every day. They know how to avoid getting caught.

It's far more effective to expose corruption and misconduct, and let CCP 170.6 handle it. Judges who get too many 170.6 petitions will be left with little to no work, which speeds up their retirement.

There have been recent cases where police, such as the NYPD, illegally finding the identity of journalists using the USA Patriot Act to subpoena the IP address from service providers. In one case, the NYPD did this to identify a police lieutenant who had been anonymously posting embarrassing information about the department.

I suppose they could try to do that to me with TRR, but it would be foolish for several reasons: 1) I might find out about it and publish the evidence; and 2) I use ProtonVPN, ProtonMail, and TOR. I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet actually.

Of course no amount of retaliation would stop me from what I'm doing. The anonymity of my sources will even survive a court order... This I can guarantee.

“Information wants to be free” is a hactivist slogan starting from the 1980s. The point is that the RR censors will never be able to silence our voices. We are the trailblazers that will show the rest of the public the way to freely express, to fight for the truth, and to expose corruption in only the way the individual itself can understand. You’re right. It is tremendously disappointing that TRR continues censorship even on a general discussion board. Nothing you said yesterday was worthy of censorship, which should only involve obscene or illegal content. TRR needs to do better. Their purpose should not be to protect judges from hurt feelings. It will only make our voices louder.

No one else has been posting as Radiant Truth except me. I think the moderators are trying to control the posts on actual judges, but they have no excuse to censor this general discussion forum. It actually just gives another place to post, and we’ve lost nothing, so I don’t think it’s disingenuous.
