I watched this judge for over 4 hours. He doesn't know the law and had horrible judicial temperment. He handed out rudeness equally to pro pers and attorneys.

In a small claims case this Judge became the attorney for the claimant. He would not look at or listen to both sides of the case. He had his mind made up without listing to the evidence.

In real estate it's location, location, location. With this guy it's ego,ego,ego + power,power,power.

It's amazing how a quite amiable insurance defense attorney can morph into such a robe heavy power freak.

I have never experienced a judge as rude, demeaning, biased, sleezy or underhanded as this one. I hope someone will have the courage to challenge his illegal case dismissals & non-suits.
