Paper this judge, he does exercise any sort of fairness, especially if you are litigating against a governmental agency. He loves the agencies, no matter what outrageous and wrong position they have taken.

He was removed from the Probate department and moved to complex; he should be removed from civil complex as well. He finds nothing wrong with using cases which have been unpublished to support his ruling. He rules in favor of governmental agencies and allows them (without a request) to supplement motions which are incorrectly drafted and legally inaccurate. Avoid this judge his rulings are always biased and one-sided.

I personally disagree with many of the comments below that this judge is "dumb" or "biased." From my experience with him, his rulings are well written, and based in the law. He also moves cases along very quickly, and I found him to be quite fair.

He doesn't take ridiculous arguments by lawyers, but he's biased against civil litigants against govt agencies. Makes snap judgements, doesn't give you a chance to tell your story. I spent $100K on a civil case, but got less than 30 minutes of trial before he was ready to rule. It was a good case, but he seems to think govt agency personnel get a free ride to be negligent. I didn't want to get big $$, but I wanted to be made whole. I wasn't. I no longer believe in the system.

He is always on the best for all children. To bad most parents do not read what the Judge orders in court, My son has lied to a number of riverside police that all those orders was fake. Now as a grandparent I have to pay a law office to make sure the first order is typed up. NOT hand WROTE.
I hurts me to say to riverside police the Judge signed this order. The police Deparment still said it was fake. Why do I have to pay again to have this same order typed up and signed again by the same Judge?
I pray you make the Parent who has turned off my grandson phone and has stopped him from seeing the only parents the child has know as his parents for the past 13 years.
I am writing this in regards the Judge makes the father pay all the law office costs and again the court cost. The father lied to the Police.
Please Lord help this child case. I have not seen my grandson who I raised for 13 yrs back in April of this yr. 2014. I pray this Judge has my grandson dad make my grandson come to court. My Grandson from the first week living at this dad's house his dad lied and so did his wife. NOt his mother. My grandson Cries to be returned back into our home. the only parents he know.
I pray the Judge reads this case Probate case A210911. My grandson wants to talk in court. He is being stopped of eating when his dad is not around from his step mother. he has lost over 40 pounds.
Please take a look at this care. and keep notes of how me has been treated.
He is able to go over to his mother foster mothers house where 5 children have been raped and there is a record of each time. My grandson 1/2 his is one that has been removed and now lives in foster care. I pray this does not happen to my grandson again about getting raped that this person house.
Please Lord open the Judges eyes on my case. I pray my grandson can talk to the Judge about the number of lies his father and step mother as said about him and said they would give him stuff that never came true.
I court order say I should have a cell phone to call him. What the step mother has turned off or changed. I have police records in orange county and riverside police also.
Please Judge. read this case. this child is not treated fairly at all in this house. Lord I keep asking for someone to hear his voice.

I could not have stated better arguments -- kudos to Comment #CA4288 below. This judge is a fraud. Back-room dealings and underhanded games are the rule of the day. To all of my colleagues, file motion after motion and throw the "sh*t at the wall" as the saying goes, because logic and decency are poorly placed in this guy's courtroom.

This judge deals in back room litigation. Anything forthright and honest need not enter his courtroom. Proof that any guy that must call himself honorable, sitting on a pedestal wearing a black snuggy, is less than trustworthy and to be flanked on all sides if you intend on getting anything done.
