Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA51402
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Terrible. Biased. Does not listen to any argument after asking the attorneys for their thoughts. Makes decisions with no supporting evidence. Lacks understanding of legal requirements of evidence and procedure which is shocking for a presiding judge.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA41010
Rating:9.7
Comments:
Judge Sachs handled a complicated civil case well, he took over the case from another judge, handled pre-trial and trial proceedings, was familiar with the law and the facts, took the matter under submission, and both parties left the courtroom happy with the conduct of the trial.
