Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA4291
Rating:7.3
Comments:
A very bright judge with a short fuse, he has ridiculous requirements that you must submit dollies of cases upon which you rely in highlighted specific underline in designated color ink in specific types of binders.
Not at all a user-friendly judge, he requires a lot of completely unnecessary busy work. The sad thing is that his talent gets lost and so do you.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA358
Rating:8.3
Comments:
Fair, very bright judge, great demeanor, very pleasant person. Treats counsel with respect. Can get a little bit sharp at times, but generally a very good judge. Likes people to be punctual and show respect. Expects litigants and their clients to be honest and upright and for counsel to behave professionally. One of the better judges on San Francisco's bench.
