Kelsey Eisenmann was kidnapped by this judge on August 26th, 2009. His life was NEVER the same and he has been a victim of institutional racism under this judge.

Ignores the Welfare and Institutions Code, and she favors adoption and will not reunify children with their biological families. Behaves unprofessionally in the courtroom, including the use of “crass and inappropriate language.”
Guy’s indifference (enjoyment) of obvious suffering, concomitant lack of empathy, manipulation and humiliation of children and protective parents in the process of court proceedings.
Ethical misconduct including improper demeanour; failure to properly disqualify when she has a conflict of interest; engaging in ex parte communication and failure to execute her judicial duties.

She steals kids in CPS court when she knows there are lies and uncredible accusations. Ruins lives of children. Puts them in the system forever. Lies about "family reunification" that never happens. THEN she is now adult judge and been the mental health judge to the VERY People she ruined as children who are now in the adult system as direct result of her actions and in actions. Sick

I recently had to live up to some charges from 5 years ago that I ducked out on. I didn't get off as easily as I thought I might, however I found Judge Guy to be very fair. I found her to be extremely professional, and I think what struck me the most about her was her patience and ability to make sure every defendant understood exactly what was going on.

Judge Guy has made it a point to disrespect parents in the Juvenile Court. She seems to hear and attentively listen to county counsel, yet rolls her eyes at parents. She has no sympathy for parents when she's terminating services, rights, or even declaring a child dependent. She is very good at berating parents for who they are (and their criminal backgrounds) instead of referring to the ways that their parenting needs to improve. This is not what the justice system needs, especially not the Dependency Courts. She just needs to go back to being a prosecutor.

I recently participated in a child custody trial presided over by Judge Guy. I found her trial conduct and subsequent ruling to be objective, professional and empathic to all parties involved.
