Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: CA3599
Rating:3.5
Comments:
Judge Sevier is one of the poorest jurists I have ever been unable to avoid meeting. Although he is able to provide a reasonably fair trial, in all other respects he is unacceptably eccentric. In addition, his legal scholarship is essentially limited to finding ways to circumvent the law so that he can do what he's already decided to do, including attempting to flout a direct ruling from the Court of Appeals.

Rating:5.0
Comments:
This judge is overworked and when we did a 995 motion, with two continued hearings, all he said was "denied."
