Comments:
In 10 years of practice, I can say that Judge Basha is the best juvenile dependency judge I've come across. I've been in many counties and represented hundreds of parents and minors in WIC 300 cases. It is a relief to have Judge Basha on the bench. He clearly and easily runs the courtroom. He gives every party an equal and even chance to give input. He seems to consider all input before reaching a decision. He seems to prefer to give parents their "day in court" as opposed to ruling on the perceived merits of any motion and/or request from County. He is clearly in control of the law, the actors in the courtroom, and his own opinions. Really an A+ rating.
