Comments:
At first glance, the judge presents an image of fairness, even penning a book where he candidly discusses his struggles with anxiety. Yet, his judgment in my case seemed to deviate from this impartial facade. The defendant, having recently secured $300,000 just before February 14, 2023, immediately scheduled an ex parte hearing on that very day, seeking dismissal from the case. Their rationale was the urgency to conserve attorney's fees. Astonishingly, without giving due consideration to the facts, the judge allowed this hearing and subsequently dismissed the defendant. One must ponder where exactly the $300,000 intended for attorney's fees was ultimately allocated.

Comments:
Judge Fall is the most ethical, hard working judge I have ever encountered. He will not tolerate incompetence or delay, even if minimal, and sometimes it will seem or actually be unduly harsh. However, if you want a judge who epitomizes neutrality, ethics, and accuracy in his rulings, you literally cannot do any better than Judge Fall.

Comments:
Pros: He is punctual.
Cons: He is sanctimonious and anal. He enjoys pointing out every possible breach of what he believes to be good decorum in court, yet has no problem with law enforcement intentionally violating statutes or constitutional constraints. The peremptory challenge was made for him.
