Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: CA46408
Rating:2.5
Comments:
Judge L. Brooks Anderholt does not follow the law. His reference to case law does not match up to the issues at hand. He completely ignores the rules and laws that govern the rules. He does not read all of the filed documents that are essential to making a decision instead he relies on counsel to recite case laws that do not pertain to the issues and are incorrect. He has no basis for his decisions and does not follow the rules when it comes to controverted issues. A disgrace for a public justice to ignore everything that this court system is relied on to uphold. Why are Judges allowed to continue making judgements that are obviously biased?

Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:3.0
Comments:
L. Brooks Anderholt is a very biased judge that does not respect the law and goes off of his own opinion regardless who he destroys in his wake. His disrespect of the Law is evident through his rulings. His interpretation of a Law is not the overall consensus of the majority. He is reckless and lacks logic when rendering a judgement. His demeanor towards attorneys not from his district is incomprehensible. And when he has chosen his decision prior to trial he makes sure there is no court reporter during trial. Not worthy to the ethics of his position.
