Shultz has got to be one of the nastiest, racist judges on the bench. [Redacted by Ed.] He does not believe Black pro per litigants have a right to say ANYTHING in his court. He is OPENLY hateful and prejudicial against Black pro per litigants. He believes you have NO RIGHT to speak so he openly negotiates with opposing counsel ONLY. He actually said he could speak for me and agree to something he sand opposing counsel agreed to. I told him he doesn't speak for me and he stormed out of the courtroom. He has no business being paid by the public because he is so prejudiced. As I was walking out the witness section, I said I have a right to speak and the clerk said I have a right to be put out by the Sheriff. All my freedoms are meaningless in that court. It is a disgrace unless you are big business, or just any business against a Black person.
