Unfair jurist who makes one sided rulings with regular abuse of discretion. He gets moved around from different courthouses in OC. His tentative rulings are oversized, and he makes inconsistent rulings. He often indirectly reverses his prior rulings, and in litigation takes a side early on and does everything in his power to make the other side lose. We ultimately won at jury trial, but not before Schwarm ruled against our clients at nearly every hearing leading up to trial.

Judges like Schwarm "excercise" way too much discretion in a one sided fashion, and don't conform to the law.

Walter Schwarm is not a reasonable or intelligent judge. He is passive aggressive in many instances and causes increased legal costs by ordering parties to appear week and after week, or sometimes day after day without any regard for litigant costs and fees. His calendar appears overbooked because he continues hearings repeatedly, again in complete disregard for high litigating fees and costs. He will tend to take a side and based on personal animus will make biased rulings which are not consistent with the law. He will also come across with a tempered approach however he is passive aggressive. His tentative rulings are oversized and often inconsistent. He was under some type of remedial watch for a while, got transferred out of CJC, only to be brought back. He was assigned court reporters because of his problem rulings. Other attorneys have told me he does take sides and makes rulings designed to force dismissal or settlement. A very subparjudge who will punt and never make definitive rulings. Not sure how he is a judge. If he decides to continue, he should receive remedial training on being mindful of litigating costs and not testing litigants like school children coming back weekly as punitive measures.

Investigate how many Cannon Violations he has covered up. What kind of judge intentionally uses the wrong legal standards in favor for the Phantom Bankers to shift its burden of proving his/her claim(s). Judicial Bias is destroying families, individuals and communities. He has no moral compass or remorse for his judicial errors.

~Pro Banker Judge: Has appearance of fairness, but does not comply with the law, statutes, codes or procedures. Practices from the bench for bank Attys. Superior CT Law Clerks are litigating with WELLS FARGO - BNY bank attorneys. Does not obey Minute Orders (Strong presence of “Cover Ups”). Schwarm’s Law Clerk enters material (arguments, citation, codes) not pled in moving bankers paperwork (practicing from bench). Schwarm helps Banker Atty’s caught lying and stealing. Schwarm (Law Clerk) Tentative Rulings DOES NOT CONFORM to Hearings before tthe CT. There is a severe INJUSTICE against people of color in the ORANGE CTY SUPERIOR COURTHOUSE. An Investigation should be considered for colluding with Banker/Atty caught obstructing criminal conduct, Money laundering, Targeted Real Estate Fraud and Hate Crimes.

This judge favors City of Fullerton, who threw out evidence in a criminal charges against Fullerton PD causing defendants quited; who also sustained demurrer with leave to amend, where City of Fullerton's demurrer should be overruled, by exercised his discretion. This Judge used every effort to help City of Fullerton. Watch out!!!
