I had similar experience with the other review. This judge has her head down reading something instead of observing the person testifying and evaluating credibility of the witnesses and litigants. She also latched on to one factor among many mandatory factors. She took a matter under submission, then inserted erroneous factual findings as an end-run to deny a litigant an opportunity to object or to be heard on the evidence.

I never in a million years thought I would ever be in Family Court. I was scared of losing my kids and of the court process. I was so grateful that she actually cared enough to listen to all the facts. It put her off schedule by over an hour. Judge Gazzaniga was in my opinion a very honorable judge. It's people like her that keep my faith in the system. Thank you for being fair and unbiased in a courtroom.

She allows the litigants opportunity to speak but whether she actually listens is another issue. She doesn't ask too many penetrating questions. She had her head down and was reading something most of the time and not looking at the speakers. In one ruling, she just latched on to one factor out of numerous factor but causation is lacking. So the ruling does not make any sense.

Well, she isn't as bad as Horst and Amara. How those 2 ever made it that far, I will never know...
I have known of her harsh rulings, but she better not try that here.... when you have nothing to lose...

judge Gazzaniga is an excellent judge who gave both parties an opportunity to be fully heard and rendered a very fair decision. Cannot ask for more from a judge.

I would rate her as the best ever. She creates an environment of empowerment. She honors all by her wording and actions. I have never been this impressed with anyone in the legal system as I am by The Honorable Suzanne Gazzaniga.
