Civil Litigation - Private

Very dangerous putting any matter in front of Hon. Judge Jones, denies prudent exhibits for factual evidence that supports law. Litigator for 38 years never have I seen a justice department have no order or regards for the law towards Civil litigation. The justice department has given authority to a unethical unpractical decision-maker Who in my eyes rarely ever puts any use of factual evidence to make a decision. He doesn't respond to motions, he discusses his private matters with councils. He allows testimony to credibly attack an individual that has no merit whatsoever to the case at hand. Hon. Judge Jones is a loose cannon that has proven over and over he has no ability to withhold the duties he pledge to uphold as a servant to the people of California. He needs to be disbarred and not re-elected and took back walking the beat for LAPD in south LA where he came from.

I have been in civil litigation for 42 years Jones has demonstrated the inability to honor a perfection on trust that he can and will withhold an integrity to protect the general public in civil matters. Jones has enlighten an ego type of posture in his courtroom that has and will continue to damage our Already Fragil legal system. I have no trust in this Judge that he has any regards for the law we reside in. Do not use this judge to litigate your case trust me it's like a carnival in his courtroom.

Newly appointed judge works as he is above the law and the oath he signed. Reckless and can be influenced not a true finder of fact and works with little no regards for the truth.

Outstanding judge. A recent trial had multiple difficult issues, each of which he handled with fairness and respect. He is great with juries, lawyers and witnesses.

Comment #: CA4322
Judge Jones displayed the utmost professionalism during a recent trial. He was gracious with the jurors and truly expressed his gratitude and acknowledgment of the contribution from the jurors to the justice system. He is a great example for other judges in helping jurors have a more positive view of the jury experience. He was very calm, polite and professional with the attorneys. He provided very helpful directions to both the witnesses and the jury.
