This judge made a ruling on a family law custody and child support case based on taxes from 2 years ago. Judge awarded mother completely ridiculous amount of support that father has no way of paying based on bias standpoint . This judge is bias and unethical.

Judge Hansen is a sexiest that has no right being in divorce court. I would like to see him give up 10 years of his life to raise children then take it all away from him. He puts children in a father's care with evidence that the father is abusive and beats the kids. The children fear for their life. A true injustice.

Judge Hansen is great for men in family law courtroom. He obviously has a clear distaste for evil women overall, and watches a fathers rights and does what's best for the father and kids involved in this case.

Judge is uneducated with grandparent rights law in southern California. I do not feel he had the best interest of the child in mind. Professional psychologists all over the world have proven time and again that a child is better off knowing their entire family. especially if that child had a close bond with them. Just because one parent decides that a new life, with new dad and grandparents Will replace the ones the child already knows, dies not make it right for the child.

I have sat in The Honorable Judge Kelly Hansen's court room and seen first hand that of all the men I have known he is by far and above an True Honorable Judge before all else. The Honorable Judge Kelly Hansen Verifies Facts and then reviews all information he can find, and then some... he somehow has the ability to see into men's hearts and know the truth of any matter that comes before him. I know because I have watched him for many months.
I have absolute respect for this man who is Truely and Honorable Judge. The Honorable Judge kelly hansen has restored my faith in a system that I had lost all faith and hope in. I believe he is the most Fair and honest Judge that I have ever known, seen, and watched in the Execution of his legal responsibility.
Were I to come before him I would perform any task he gave me with absolute responsibility and never doubt his ability to insure my future by his true assessment of who I am and what I would do. Any requirement that he placed on me I would Execute with due diligence and be greatful to do it and that he gave it to me to do. It has truely been a priveledge to have been in his court room and stood in the presence of true Greatness and Honor.

Judge Hansen is very fair. I have just spent the last two years in his court room several times with my own dissolution of marriage with children. I have watched how he has handled other cases while waiting for mine and was very impressed. As a woman married for 15 years to narcissistic man earning 12K/year that tried everything to not have to pay support. I was very happy to have Hon. Kelly L. Hansen

This judge is abusive towards women, I sat in his court for several days while he based women and gave convicted felons the children. Even if you have a great lawyer and are a woman you will lose. If you are assigned this judge get your lawyer to recuse him immediately!!!! He will do everything in his power to make sure that the woman gets nothing or little at all...There is no equality in his court room in his own words I AM GOD IN HERE.... Bias against women... I saw one woman who's husband made 10K a month and gave her nothing after 20 years of marriage pretty sad.... APPEAL EVERY RULING he does not know divorce court... The Riverside attorneys kiss up to him. Write the governer for help.

It's a shame they don't have 0 as an option. I encourage everyone to sit thru I day of judge Hansen's court room. In some cases he's more hurtful to the children than the parent. He's an enabler of domestic violence and will use his position to increase parental rights for father's. I'm 100% for equal parental rights don't get me wrong. But when I man has spent several years in jail for domestic violence, still has several restraining orders on him by several woman for domestic violence, when 3 mediators have favored the mother after speaking to the children. When threats, harassment and stalking have been documented to the courts. There comes a time to say enough is enough. The answer isn't to put the children through more hell with more evaluators, in an attempt to find one that favors his views in order to justify his predetermined decisions. He is no better than the documented abusive husbands/fathers these women are trying to protect themselves and the children from. I've observed this man belittle women in court. I've seen men dominate the floor with questions, stories and accusations while the women were told they are only allowed to answer yes or no and not allowed to speak outside of that. Judge Hansen is no better than the abusive men that come before him. He simply uses his position to abuse them more in an open forum only empowering the abuser. Someone needs to take a good look into his case files. A good look at the recommendations he's over looked by court mediators to only input his own views. Why put a child thru 3 mediators and an evaluator if your decision is complete opposite of the 4 recommendations in front of you're only goal is to continue abusing these women and children in a public forum until you find someone to agree with your biased decisions and justify them, then you're doing a great job. It's sad that a judge can't take the facts in front of him and put the best interest ahead of evening out the fathers rights movement. I agree some fathers deserve equal right and some are a better fit for parenting. This is not always the case. If you get this judge and are a victim of domestic violence with children be prepared to be beaten again by a man of power. His case files speak for themselves. I ask that you spend a day in his court room and watch the raping and abuse of DV women and children happen all over at the hands of this man.

Judge Hansen is The worst when it comes to custody & disputes, HE DOES NOT CARE WHAT THE MEDIATORS RECOMMENDATION WAS & OR IS, HE MAKES HIS OWN RULES IN THE COURT ROOM! DOES NOT FOLLOW PROCEDURE NOR GO BY THE BOOK. IF YOU'RE ON CALENDAR FOR A CERTAIN MATTER HE WILL PROCEED ON OTHER MATTERS NOT ON CALENDAR, WHEN YOU'RE NOT EVEN READY. HE IS VERY BIASED & EXTREMELY PREJUDICE WHEN IT COMES TO WOMEN, HE BELITTLES, TALKS DOWN TO & DEGRADES THEM IN COURT ROOM MAKING A MOCKERY OF THE 'MOM'. Judge Hanson is fair, unbiased and seeks truth. Divorce is difficult but when young children are involved they seem to be his concern. Judge Hanson instructed the court room on the damage to children when parents refuse to co-operate and slander each other, etc. As one parent, thru her lawyer, lied about mediation requiring supervised visitation, the Judge spent his lunch time contacting the meditator. He is very true to the law. He has a tuff tuff job and he does it well, seeking truth and trying to direct people to do what is best for the children. I am a 65 year old Grandmother and would like to knock some selfish parents heads together.

Judge Hansen has no business presiding over a family law courtroom. He obviously has a clear distaste for women overall, and has no problem with a father abusing marijuana and/or alcohol, and has no interest in doing what's best for the kids involved in this case. It's pathetic. Not only is the family law of California screwed up, its judges simply do not care, nor take the time to review cases in their entirety. Judge Hansen also does not support the suggestions of the mediators that actually met with my children. Disgusting. He should be removed.

This judge is very biased towards women/mothers in general, and seems to not follow Supreme Court rulings. He believes that he is above the law. The sad part of it all is there is not much that the California courts can do to stop this man. If there were a zero rating, I would definitely rate him that!
