Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA45186
[redacted by ed.] If you represent a consumer in his current stint before JAMS, Judge Lucky should come nowhere near your case. This may pose problems as JAMS does not promise to be fair and is not a fair forum to resolve disputes.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA40528
Does not understand civil motion practice or it’s subtleties. Very poor scholarship in civil litigation probably because he never practiced it. Also, has a strong propensity for bias and will twist the law to satisfy his interest. I would never trust him to decide a matter.

Comment #: CA6757
Judge Lucky should be on the Supreme Court. He understands what the law is, and it's purpose, and follows it. That is how a judge should operate. I have been in his court twice, and both times he has demonstrated a remarkable knowledge of the law, as well as a great memory. He also is incredibly patient.
