Just another California judge who doesn't work for the people who works for the government, who's afraid to stand up for the people, who needs to be taken out of his seat for lack of defending the citizens of this state and following the laws of these lands of the USA.

Judge Ochoa is not Honorable. He has delayed and allowed a ban on mining which the Supreme Court ruled " the State cannot prohibit mining but it can reasonably regulate! Get out of the court room you activist Judge.
