Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA7465
In family court. - he pontificated during a ruling on custody that children build a primary bond with one parent at a young age - usually the mother. This "tender years" doctrine has not been the law for decades. Why is this Judge in family court?

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: CA6879
Unpredictable - does not follow the law. Punishese people after they enter into an agreement. When he was in family court - bullied fathers with surprise rulings.

This judge should be either be removed or forced to resign. I have never seen such a miscarriage of justice. Not mine, mind you; I was on the good end of the stick. But the O.C. got hosed -- and wrongfully so. Things like this truly make me sad to be a taxpayer.
