Although he seems to be very good at his job, I personally have appeared before him 4 times and have requested another court date to get a CPO removed from my husband. I've written letters in addition to my court dates and all of my requests have fallen on deaf ears. Unfair and frustrated.

I have sat in his courtroom many times. He seems to be very fair, with a non-intimidating tone, but underneath he's got an arrogance about him. I witnessed him saying that he always follows procedure by offering legal representation to defendants, when on October 12th, 2012, he was so preoccupied with the sheriff forgetting to deliver an inmate to court that when it came to the next case he didn't offer legal information or an explanation of the charges. (If anyone needs to look it up, this was the third defendant from the local jail.) I witnessed this firsthand, and I believe that by doing this he caused a great injustice to his community. Judge Morgan, if you read this, I hope that you reflect back upon this incident and feel remorse.
