A very dangerous man with those within the courthouse acknowledge he does not read his cases prior, and either he and/or his son (both) suffer from different but extreme drug issues. Very hostile towards women.

Judge Swope is so out of it in the courtroom due his addiction to pain pills. Swope has a substance abuse problem, as does his so, Parker Swope, who is a self-admitted heroin addict, which Swope is aware of and supports. Bunch of low-lifes and Swope needs out of the CA judiciary.

This Judge tends to respond fully to whatever claims are made by lawyers he knows, perhaps due to strong emotions. And no, he does not follow the law, unfortunately.

Stupid idiotic judge, prone to losing his temper, taking excessive breaks because he gets frustrated with his job. He does this at the expense of litigants that have attorneys charging by the minute. Of all the African Americans that Schwarzenegger could have picked to show San Mateo is not racist, he picked this idiot.
Swope ignores the law, is unpredictable, and simply does not deserve to be a judge.

In my case Judge V Raymond Swope did not follow the law. He was biased and often overtly hostile. His deeply flawed decisions have done irreparable harm to my children and me. I am in the process and compiling a formal complaint. While I do not hold much hope that the complaint process will yield any results, I feel that it is something I must do to protect other families from him.
