I thought at first she is professional and fair... then she said "you pay $1,000 a month for groceries? Is that not excessive"- I have a family and help an 89 year old lady on my street with food and supplies during COVID- sorry, I will not compromise my integrity and we live in the Bay Area- food costs more. She had nothing to say about the fact that my ex is driving a 100,000 G Wagen Benz while I drive an old truck! LMAO- fail... she then gave my ex MORE custody while she alienates the kids for cash allows them to not go to school in her care as an incentive to stay with her! Illegal but for Judge Flint- not a problem at all- we talk about the kids for 5 minutes and my expenses and how much more I can pay a terrible parent for 30 minutes- she got pushed around by a 100 year old attorney of my ex like he was the boss- yelling and making ungrounded accusations and running HER court room. It was the most embarrassing and sad display of injustice I have ever seen- I thought Judge Huber was terrible... not sure which is worse- stay out of that court room and away from lawyers- you will lose your kids, money and dignity.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

I am not a criminal defense lawyer, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and prospective juror. I spent time in the court room today and was able to witness the character of Judge Andrea E. Flint. Sadly, I was not impressed with the way that she carried herself, nor was I impressed with the lack of respect that she demonstrated towards me as a prospective juror. I would truly expect more empathy and kindness coming from someone who considers themselves to be honorable and represent our judicial system.
