Comments:
Definitely part of a corrupt system in a corrupt county. She is Clearly for the “good old boys” and works with the evil elder abusing mafia of Siskiyou county. Starting with conservatorship abuse her, attorney Darrin Mercier and Kathy Lindsay (conservator) are all part of the mafia. With others who have money and power in the county from robbing the elders through the court system.

Comments:
Judge Dixon is very friendly and has a good demeanor in the courtroom but she rules in favor of the good ol' boys in Siskiyou County. If you are not in a dispute with one of the good ol' boys, you may get a fair trial. But if you are going against the good ol' boys, Dixon will rule against you without question. She has flat out ignored the law at times [Redacted by Ed.]

Comments:
Judge Karen L.Dixon demonstrates from the bench what appears to be an infection of the Alice-in-Wonderland-Syndrome where the law is what ever she says it is subject to change at whim. She uses her superior knowledge of law and prestige as judicial officer to manipulate proceeding to favor one party over another in violation of her Oath of Office and the Judicial Canons of Ethics of the state of California. In open court she condemns the US Constitution and the founding principals of this county as if Siskiyou County is a bubble to freestyle and recklessly destroy peoples law protects rights with perceived "impunity" in violation of the civil rights laws codified as 42 U.S.C. section 1983, et seq.

Comments:
Very charming and witty with the public, but temperamental and prone to denying even clearly established facts and law if she's mad at you or your client. Unstable at times, and will work against you if offended in any way, although it wont show on the surface. Her legal scholarship is mediocre at best, so the good news is that you can often get her reversed on appeal. Total "good ol boy" judge for the local government in almost every case - overlooking rule and procedural violations, revisiting orders improperly, etc.

I was released from a jury pool, with Honorable Karen Dixon presiding. Throughout the proceedings, she was warm, kind, professional, and funny. When there was a hint of criticism toward her, she did not react, but responded graciously. I was very impressed with this judge.
