What others have said about Hon. John D. Freeland

Comment #: CA7659
I have observed, Judge John D. Freeland in 6 different cases, from eviction, civil harassment, small claims...etc.. From the cases I have observed, he asks questions, and likes the answers to be short sweet and to the point. I have seen him empty the court room from everyone involved in the case, an have the witness come in one by one, he will ask questions, or have the people act out the situation, use court room objects as the object involved. I have seen him go to his chambers and make a decision, and also make a decision later that day, where it comes in the mail. Each decision, was through, and worked out....very fair...very polite...but direct, don't go to the left or the right...He is FAIR, very punctual, with options.
