She is VERY LATE in taking the bench, every single calendar - morning and afternoon, over an hour every time, and does not care about who it harms. She does not read papers until after an appearance is wasted and then she says she will read everything before the continued hearing. Which she does, but procedurally her courtroom is a disaster.

Dear Public,

The prior post highlighting judicial protection of a police officer denying a request for discovery of disciplinary records in a violent shooting of a civilian is horrific and disgusting. Judges should not be biased in favor of police by hiding prior bad acts.

If you have information on Judge Ayers, I want to hear from you. Email me. RadiantTruth@pm.me.

Very Truly,

Had Officer Dalton been disciplined years ago when I filed my complaint, perhaps he would have received the help he needed for his PTSD before he shot his neighbor in the back out of anger a few years later. The CHP and police union bear responsibility for shielding this officer from allegations of misconduct and ignoring the public’s legitimate concerns.

Judge Ayers,

I don’t have any way to reach out to you except here. I recently came across your decision in the Trevor Dalton case where you ruled that nothing in his disciplinary records are discoverable. That just is not true. I filed a complaint against officer Dalton with the CHP back in 2015 after he allegedly lied in my case and threatened to increase the severity of his lie he said, “if you testify.” It was clear witness intimidation from my point of view even though the CHP didn’t agree in the final resolution letter to my complaint. We need more accountability in government, especially when it comes to police accountability and Pitchess motions.
