Criminal Defense Lawyer

This judge needs a refresher course in procedure. He also needs to learn how to proof read his writing. I don't believe he makes orders on law and procedure, but rather on that days emotion. He needs to learn about Tax Law, simple Income Tax Law.

No judge can remember everything about a case before him. This judge makes orders, and then forgets and apparently doesn't take the time to look over his previous minutes/orders. He appointed a Public Guardian in a case, meaning the disabled person is no longer the "Respondent" then for about 18 months forgot to have the Guardian there to represent the disabled person. This is procedurally wrong. He also, states orders that make no sense. I only wish there was an official that would make him look at his mistakes of procedure.
