Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: CA36595
Rating:2.6
Comments:
Judge Garcia is arbitrary and unyielding. He holds grudges and actively undermines the defendant's right to a fair and impartial prosecution. Knows what's wrong but won't rule Fairly bc it seems the prosecution has him in their pocket.

Wuss. Too afraid to step on somebody's toes to make an appropriate ruling. Had my attorney and myself compose an in-depth mitigation packet with the promise of an intervention ruling on sentencing and possible settlement negotiation. After all the documentation was submitted he declined to exercise his authority because he was hesitant or scared or whatever. Waste of time, very unprofessional, very frustrating, people's lives are impacted negative lay by a decision to decline to exercise judgment which is what they get paid to do.
