Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: CA22630
Rating:1.0
Comments:
For ambiguous or ill-defined reasons, this judge has demonstrated time and time again to be lacking what it takes to be impartial and follow the court’s published rules and the California laws.

Litigant

Comment #: CA22601
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Not sure if this lady judge case load is excessive or she is being missed informed by her clerks, she appears not to remember statements she previously made to litigants. One can only conclude she does not study the case files prior to making a ruling. Just maybe she should be voted off the bench by a more detail oriented and competent judge in the election.
