Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA47326
Rating:4.8
Comments:
This judge knows squat about civil litigation, evidence and neutrality. Her evidence skills are like asking a mathematician to confirm that 25 x 10 = 250 and have the mathematician deny the result. Just awful with stubborn adherence to her incorrect evidentiary rulings.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA12683
Rating:9.2
Comments:
Appears for 8:30 calendar "at 9:00 to 9:15" according to the clerk. Okay, that's fine--but then set your hearings for 9:00 so we don't waste 30 extra minutes on CourtCall (or in the courtroom). But she is outstanding on facts & law, which is more important--punctuality should not be weighted equally with the other factors, and to prevent it from being weighted too heavily, I gave her only a 5 instead of a 1. (All judges occasionally run late for some reason--but if a judge PLANS to be 30-45 minutes late every day, then some adjustment would be appropriate.)
