Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA36780
Has absolute bias in favor of plaintiff’s counsel in Unlawful Detainer cases. Applies entirely different standards for defendants, particularly the indigent.

Comment #: CA26874
Guy is a joke. Does not follow family law guidelines.

Comment #: CA22779
I was very pleased with Hon Judge. It was my 1st hearing ever in my life (38yr female-hispanic) omg was I nervous as heck. And if I ever God forbid have to appear before a judge EVER again, I will request him(if I can)
But yes I was truly pleased and in my opinion the best experience I've had in a Court House. 5 stars from me.

Thank you

Great judge; listens; very even-handed.

Comment #: CA11948
Honorable Harmon currently presides on my family law case and I must say for a mother who lost her children due to a complete different judge's decision, honorable harmon listens and has patients for the people inside his court room. I am deaf and have been going through child custody cases for the past 15 plus years and he is the ONLY the judge who has made sure I understand what is going on and makes sure that I AM not the other party and his counsel but MYSELF understands what is going on.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: CA11777
Harmon in unqualified as far as intelligence goes to be on the bench---any bench, including but not limited to a park bench, let a lone a judicial bench. I believe if it were not for his father, the Riverside County DA, Harmon would never even be considered for the job. His talents are more commensurate with used car sales or something along those lines. He is far out of his league.

Comment #: CA11776
Does not have the skill set required to be a good and fair judge. He is a puppet.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA9525
Disgraceful judicial ability

Comment #: CA9355
Decisions are extremely temperamental. His decisions aren't rooted in the evidence but rather what he "feels" at the moment. He also has the propensity to side with one gender. Go into his courtroom and see for yourself.
