Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA16359
No regard for regular hours. Always late taking the bench. Tolerates oral argument but never strays from tentative ruling.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA14633
Deliberately ignores settled law, and has never, in 8 cases before him, veered from his tentative rulings - likely written by research attorneys or clerks - as he has no real interest in the proper application of law.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA13899
Seems to hate non-represented parties; also seems to favor local lawyers. Doesn't seem to like contentious litigation. Case still ongoing after 3 years and judge continued trial out again to next year sending parties to mediation for a 3rd time...??

Comment #: CA12620
Failed in a fair, accessible, effective, and efficient manner, resolve disputes arising under the law and will interpret and apply the law consistently, impartially, and independently to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitutions of California and of the United States. "Short but Sweet".

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA9613
Took 45 minutes to take the bench. Don't plan to be out of there quick. Also will order mediation before TSC - don't show up at a TSC without having mediated.
