Criminal Defense Lawyer

Rating:1.0
Comments:
Decided on a DV restraining order with absolutely no evidence to back up claims, i.e. phone records, email records, etc.. All she had was the paranoid testimony of a heroin addict.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA14933
Rating:1.6
Comments:
She needs babysitting in family law matters. She does not get accounting principles, math, family code sections or landmark precedent cases. I sat in her courtroom before my client’s hearing. Dumbfounded. She deemed a bonus reimbursement for deciding income despite IRS treating it as a tax consequence. If you represent clients in her department make sure you lay out the law, she takes notes whenever you mention law.

She ruled against the advice of the mediator and was totally bias with her decision and i feel was not giving my case a fair look
