J. Emede cannot handle her calendar. Lazy. Picks a favorite counsel and adopts whatever argument that lawyer advances, regardless of whether it has any legal basis -- literally. About as bad as it gets.

There needs to be special note made, as NAPSA is requested to help with the USDJ on case
instigated by 18-32026, US Mail Fraud under
Perjury, to prevent or interact with 2 variations of extortion which is both unlawful and a violation of . Family Protection Trust which guards against
gold digging networks which retaliate when the
attempt is unsuccessful. No place for this in a
Superior Courtroom, as the FPT safeguards,
(SCC (18-32026) US Mail Fraud— “divorce war
machineries” to instigate fraudulent SCC Superior
Court papers. There is an ethics crises in
several categories and it should be kept out of the FPT and not use the SNT. Thank you.

The Honorable Julie Emede needs to learn to respect Family Protection Trusts written be national expert attorneys’ attorneys, who are award winners nationally, time and time again. Probate laws are not “rubber stamped” into Family Protection Trusts. Herein, are a wide array of violations in law, statutes, Estoppel that invites the Honorable Johnny Gogo, who prosecutes violators of the law, regardless of title, to have
a proverbial field day. Daily, the State and Federal levels are being informed of what
really needs change for the legal system
to rise to the occasion and levels of national
award winners, who also are recognized by
the US Supreme Court for their excellence.

She was fair, respectful and saw through the nonsense of the case and handled it professionally. I was impressed with how she dealt with other cases I heard. It was a sad day when she could no longer be my Judge on my case due to the situation, but she took care of business with great attention to the law and still respected the emotion in the room. I have been in front of 5 Judges in Santa Clara County and she has been the best.

I have to admit I have seen more than my fair share of judge's in my life. I had a checkers past. (Alcoholic)
This was my first time in court after recovering from alcoholism. (Claen and sober from my last arrest, just 3 years and some change) I have to say she is very remarkable in how she conducted the hearing. In all cases before mine and the mess mine was.
I have to honestly say if my case wouldn't have gone in my favor, she was the most patient, kind, informative, fair and understanding judge I've ever been before. It was a privilege to witness her work.
I have to say I look up to how she operated her Cort room and treated everyone with respect.
I hope some day I can become as Serene patient as she is. Jacob S.
