Litigant

Comments:
Although Judge Lee has been a fair judge in the past. I was taken aback by how many factual mistakes she made in her trial brief decision that led to a totally inaccurate decision. All she had to do was uphold our by laws. This case was a slam dunk. Instead she made judgements on people, not By Laws. Not exactly unbiased. She has a big surprise coming. We will take this to the Appellate Court and we have won in the past... with Judges that can't get beyond personal opinions instead of following the Law...our By Law.

Comments:
On a summary judgment motion granted by Judge Lee, she provided plaintiffs counsel ample opportunity to contest a lengthy tentative ruling. She was patient and fair, and cleArly had read the motion papers prior to the hearing.
